Learn how to *truly* stretch & balance the body with the principles of resistance stretching & how to properly apply them for optimal results.
The Level I is all about WHY resistance stretching is so effective & the science behind eccentrics + the basic principles of Ki-Hara. We will cover 8 major muscle groups of the legs (both self + assisted stretches) + problem solving & some Mashing. It is a very hands on course that comes with a full color manual and trainers only online access to all materials covered in class. It is best to get the 1st Dara DVD and Flash Cards before class.
This class will teach you the most effective way to gain flexibility, dynamic stability & understand how to quickly problem solve any muscle group to get a long-lasting effect through consistent and progressive training techniques.
We will cover: muscle activation & recruitment, tensile integrity, Length-Tension relationships, optimizing load sharing, neural activation & understanding of compensating patterns.
